Hii everybody!! I have been blogging since 2007 but it was all random stuff. I am now switching to more serious technical sort of stuff.
With this blog I intend to document and share my journey in the computer graphics technological world I am entering into now. So far I have been researching the possible dimensions and applications of Computer Graphics. And WoW!! what a field it is! Computer Games, Movies, Animations,Visualitation,... Ahh!! there is lot more to computer graphics than one can think of. And each field is so big and diverse in itself.

I am really passionate about computer Graphics. I still remember seeing those coolhomepages [A website classifying best web page designs across internet in terms of various parameters] during my graduation first year. I don't know what I learnt from that. But definitely I got to know about how a user experience should be, the font size, color scheme and what best things in the world are. I can't create those amazing stuff but I can differentiate between amazing/ordinary. You may want to check Christiansparrow for some flash magic. I even tried my hands at photoshop and flash but lacking the artistic skills I could not achieve much. Do you know photoshop can be used for animation too? lol.... I tried that to create .gif files. I remember creating a rotating wheel with it. Still the positive I took from this is that I managed to get the basics of these softwares and get important knowledge about user experience. The best example for how a website should be is Apple (www.apple.com) . My reasons 1) Everything is so soothing to eyes , nothing shouts at you. 2) Nothing skips the eyes. They have aweful lot of content on their website but still nothing overwhelmes you    3) You can reach almost everything in the website within 3 clicks. 4) The smart blend of images & content 5) Even the technical stuff is presented in such a brilliance that you feel like knowing them. Go to microsoft, sony(a bit better),samsung websites and you   will understand what I mean to say. [P.S: I think I can write a post on this apple website. I postpone it for later times.]

Then I came along PIXAR's magical movies. I can still relate to the rat in ratatouille and the brilliance with which the artist has put emotions in a 3d model. I found "Finding Nemo" the best of the lot. Honestly speaking I didn't like Toy Story that much. but still I have watched each and every movie of Pixar and even the short stories too. Even found time to read the Pixarpedia. Also the documentary about Pixar "The Pixar Touch". It was all amazing. I tried taking animation courses at my college level but still being handicap at artistic stuff didn't let me reach anywhere. I even visited pixar internship website and applied to them but they don't intern people of my skill set or rather this is a field with people coming from artistic background. Some are from programming background too for developing softwares they prefer native people. Sure a senior from DA-IICT has/is worked/ing in PIXAR but ahh... there are better ways.
